The Elite Clubs National League (ECNL) announced that TSC Hurricane will be one of 14 new clubs across the nation that was awarded an ECNL franchise beginning the Fall of 2011.  TSC Hurricane will be the ONLY club in Oklahoma that has an ECNL franchise and is likely to stay that way for the foreseeable future.
