ECNL Regional League Financials

Our ECNL Regional League (ECNL RL) Fee structure is an ALL-IN cost structure.  Parents may be used to paying club dues and then team dues, but we are moving to an ALL-IN structure so parents and team managers no longer have to collect money and manage team travel logistics.  The ECNL RL League fees you pay to play for Tulsa SC will cover all fees excluding personal travel. 

Below is what is included for the ALL-IN Fee:

• ECNL RL Director, ECNL RL Staff Coaches, and ECNL RL Administration
• ECNL RL Regiistration Fees
• All Regular Season Games Referee Fees for league play (does not include scrimmages)
• All games filmed via the VEO Camera System (You will be able to add clips from your games via the VEO system and send them to college coacj's, friends, and family)
• College Recruiting Software that will not only connect you with over 5000 college coaches, but will also help match you to college programs as well
• Individual Player App – another way to access your player profile and add information
• All gameday facility fees
• All practice sessions 3x/week will be at Titan Sports Complex (both Main & South complexes will be utilized)
• Performance Training
• Indoor Field Rental Fees during adverse weather conditions evenings (when fields are available)
• US Club Soccer Player and Coach Registration which includes Player’s Insurance
• All coach’s travel fees for all ECNL RL games and ECNL RL Events or out of town tournaments during the season.

ECNL RL Fees for the following all age groups are as follows:

• (5) Tournaments/Showcases + 1 Post-Season Event

There are 2 options for payment:

1 Time Payment

• $3090 – This total would be due at the time of registration

13 Month Payment Plan

• $3090 – This total would be financed over 14 payments broken down as follows:
• $295 Registration Fee
• $215 13 Monthly Payments
