The primary goal of our 4v4 Developmental Program is to create an environment that allows young players to have fun while learning the fundamentals of soccer.  

OUR COACHES have a passion for the world’s most popular game, have experience in coaching children at these ages, hold accredited coaching certifications, and virtually all of the head coaches on both the girls and boys side have played at a collegiate or professional level. 

OUR TEACHING is focused on player development:

1. Technical Development – At this age, children have a remarkable ability to learn quickly and acquire skills, making it an optimal time for them to master the ball. Our program focuses on enhancing ball mastery, dribbling, moves, passing, and receiving. By providing ample opportunities for them to be on the ball, we ensure their continuous improvement.
2. Psychological Development – We want our players to learn how to compete, learn how to cope with the pressures of performing their best, learn how to work within a team, and learn how to win with humility and dignity in defeat. Psychologically we want our players to be confident on and off the ball and when they take the field for a match, they are excited to compete and challenge themselves to execute the soccer technique’s and skill’s they have developed thus far.
3. Tactical Development – Decision making is a crucial tactical skill for young players to develop. Our program is designed to empower kids to make effective decisions on the field. Through various exercises and game situations, we encourage them to analyze and choose the best techniques and skills to solve game-related problems. Additionally, we introduce the players to 4v4 gameplay, equipping them with a solid understanding of the game's rules and restarts.
4. Physical Development – We prioritize the improvement of coordination, speed, and agility in our players. By enhancing these physical attributes, we enable them to execute basic skills with precision and lay the groundwork for acquiring advanced techniques in the future.

OUR FORMAT is as follows:

• Practices are located at Jenks Sports Complex.
• Tournaments/Games We provide a year-round calendar of tournaments and leagues, ensuring that you have ample time to plan and prepare. As soon as we receive the schedule from the Tournament Director or League Director, we promptly send out the games schedule to all participants. Rest assured, you'll have all the necessary information to stay updated and be ready for the exciting matches ahead.
